Caveat vendor

itchyfidget has been having all sorts of customer service hassles over a washing machine with the terminally unhelpful B&Q Appliance Warehouse. So I’m adding this because I’m very, very bad at sticking up for my own consumer rights, so I figure I may as well help out other people.
